This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations for services provided by Future Endeavours (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

2. Definition — Work Commencement

For the purpose of this policy, work is considered commenced when we begin any project activity including (but not limited to): onboarding, discovery/strategy discussion, requesting or receiving account access, workflow/flow planning, chatbot/automation configuration, integration setup (e.g., CRM/Google Sheets), implementation, testing, or any development/consulting time logged.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

We strive for customer satisfaction; however, due to the nature of digital automation and consulting services, our refund criteria are as follows:

A) Before Work Commences (Pre-Commencement)

A full refund is available if a cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase, provided that work has not commenced (as defined in Section 2).

B) After Work Commences (Post-Commencement)

Once work has commenced, the service becomes non-refundable because it involves time, resources, and customized delivery.

4. Non-Refundable Services

    • The following services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced:

      • Custom Chatbot Development

      • Workflow Automation Setup

      • Consulting and Strategy Sessions

      • Any personalized digital assets, scripts, integrations, or configurations

5. Cancellation Policy (One-Time Services)

You may request to cancel a service at any time.

  • If you cancel before work commences, you will receive a refund subject to Section 3(A).

  • If you cancel after work has commenced, the service is non-refundable.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund or cancellation, please email us with:

  • Full name

  • Email used at checkout

  • Date of purchase

  • Service purchased (and order/invoice reference, if available)

  • Reason for the request

7. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued back to the original payment method used during purchase (processed securely via Stripe).

  • Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Payment Security

All transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. Future Endeavours does not store your credit card details. Payment sessions are encrypted via SSL technology.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website.
